Summer is hot! As the temps rise, so does the heat and fire in our body. This fire can be seen as Pitta, and when it’s unbalanced we get rashes, acid indigestion, red eyes, inflammation, headaches, fatigue, a hot temper, jealousy,  irritability, excess criticism… and more.
