Module 1: Overview of Ayurveda and Dinacharya

Module 2: Meal Timing and Identity evolution

This Ayurvedic teaching is so simple and so life-changing.  It’s a powerful healing practice to create better digestion, support a healthier gut, wake up feeling light and clear. I used to dread getting out of bed. Now, I wake up before my alarm!

“I’m totally obsessed with my evening routine now. It’s made a world of a difference in my life, and has made all the other healthier habits so much easier. Before I’d be awake past 2:00 and would toss and turn. Now I go to bed at 9:30, and it takes less than 20 minutes to fall asleep.

I’m an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Master Reiki Therapist, Priestess of the Moon, and Yoga Health Coach. I spent 7 years as a mentor for the Living Ayurveda Course (a 9 month Ayurveda school with 75 annual students, founded by Cate Stillman) and a follower of Sri Guru Mooji.

It’s my passion and dharma to help you upgrade your health. I believe in Ayurveda as a system to support your healing, your flourishing, and your ultimate truth in Self-realization. Taking care of your body, mind, and spirit in a wholesome and loving way is fundamental to help your light shine bright and live fully from your heart to reach your potential.

My mood has shifted and I’m more calm and happy.

When I signed up for Anna’s course I had just experienced losing everything I owned in a house fire. I was in severe shock and trying to figure out how to re-create a healthy lifestyle for myself. I’ve lost 60lbs.

I’m getting more vigorous exercise in, every day. It’s crazy.
I unpacked so much resistance and blocks around exercise. I moved through more than 35 excuses and that actually changed my identity.
I know I have the tools to automate my habits. If it doesn’t work the first time, it’s ok, it’s not an all or nothing thing anymore. I can keep tweaking the habit until I find what works. This has been a big breakthrough.
I know how much my habits make a difference. The more I keep going the bigger a difference it makes. My knowledge and success is power and all these habits keep my body in balance and I now I know I can affect my outcome.
I was able to hit my goals by knowing what habits and weekly practices to do, and how to automate them. I could hone in on exactly what I needed.
I’ve been meditating.
My evening routine and setting clear intentions has made a massive difference. It gave me inspiration to wake up earlier and how to use my day in a way better way. It helps me do the important things first.
I have a lot of things to share with my students.
I’m meal planning in even a smarter way. I’m not eating out all the time or going for something quick when I’m short on time, because I have stuff prepared. I plan ahead and make sure I have protein and plenty of greens for lunch. I’ve always got healthy meals to choose from or a good alternative. And I’m saving my money!
I can deal with my stress better. It’s been huge. All the small things have really added up to big things. It’s changed how I see myself, and what I’m actually doing. I’m someone who actually does the stuff I know I want to do, rather than just dream about it. Who I want to be isn’t a distant picture. I’m really doing the things that are the same as how I visualize myself to be.

This experience has been unlike any I have had before

I was struggling with work/life balance in a BIG way. Often feeling overwhelmed, overworked, exhausted. Struggling to be present with my family. Always running from one thing to the next. Stretched too thin.
Never having time for myself or time with my husband. I honestly didn’t really know what my visions or goals were – I was too busy doing “life” that I didn’t have time to stop and think.
I was thinking, ‘Go, go, go! How am I going to fit in one more thing? This course sounds SO relevant, but is it for real?’
NOW: I feel AMAZING!!
I am much more aware of what my body needs, both physically – nourishment via food or through abhyanga, mentally, and spiritually AND I’m more in-tune to actually listen to these needs when my “old habits” try to sneak back in.
 It’s sort of mind blowing to me how many habits I’ve had for so long that I wasn’t even aware of that were affecting so many things in my daily life. I’m so thankful to be doing this work, and even more thankful to have this groups’ support in the midst of it all!
This experience has been unlike any I have had before. The information, coaching, partnerships, community – as long as you put in the time & work – is absolutely invaluable! I have so much still to work through & apply, but I’ve been given all the tools & resources to feel successful in every step of the way!
